READ ABOUT WHAT WE TEACH BELOW...
SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD
We believe that God reigns over all things with perfect wisdom, power, and authority. He is all knowing, all powerful, and ever present. He created and sustains the universe, governs history, and directs every event according to His will. Nothing escapes His knowledge, and nothing can thwart His purposes. He is both transcendent and imminent to his creation. He is above all yet not distant but full of fatherly care, bringing assurance that His people can trust Him in every circumstance.

TRINITY
We believe that the one true God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully and equally God, sharing the same divine nature, yet carrying out distinct roles in creation, redemption, and the restoration of all things. The Father purposes and sends, the Son accomplishes and reveals, and the Spirit gives life and applies the work of Christ to the believer. God’s triune nature reveals Him as a fellowship of perfect love and the source of our salvation and unity.

JESUS CHRIST
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully and truly God; fully and truly human, united in one person. By the power of the Holy Spirit He was conceived in the womb of the virgin Mary, took on human nature, and lived among his creation. He perfectly obeyed the Father, revealed the image of the invisible God, and willingly gave His life as a sacrifice for sin. By His death He bore the judgment we deserved, and by His resurrection He triumphed over sin and death. He ascended into heaven, where He reigns as Lord and intercedes for His people, and He will come again in glory to make all things new.

HOLY BIBLE
We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, completely true and without error in all that they affirm. They are the final authority for faith and life, sufficient to teach, correct, and guide God’s people. Through the Scriptures, God reveals Himself, makes His will known, and proclaims His plan of salvation in Christ. Nothing should be added to them or taken away from them, for they fully accomplish what God intends.

VIRGIN BIRTH
We believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. This miraculous work of God ensured that the eternal Son truly became man without ceasing to be God. His birth fulfills the promises of God and demonstrates that salvation comes not from human effort but by divine initiative.

THE BLOOD OF CHRIST
We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ was shed for the forgiveness of sins and the reconciliation of sinners to God. His sacrifice was once for all, fully sufficient to cleanse from guilt and to satisfy the demands of divine justice. By His blood we are redeemed, made righteous, and brought into peace with God.

RESURRECTION
We believe that Jesus Christ was bodily raised from the dead, never to die again. His resurrection is the guarantee of our future resurrection and the heart of the Christian hope. He appeared to many witnesses, confirming the truth of His victory, and ascended to the Father’s right hand. On the last day, all who belong to Him will be raised to share in His glory, transformed into His likeness, and freed from sin and death forever.

REGENERATION
We believe that new spiritual life is a work of God’s grace alone. No one can come to Christ apart from the Father’s drawing and the Spirit’s renewing power. Regeneration is not a result of human will or effort but of the Spirit giving new birth, enabling faith, repentance, and obedience. This inward transformation is the beginning of the believer’s life in Christ.

SALVATION
We believe that salvation is entirely a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not earned by works or religious effort but rests solely on the finished work of Christ on the cross. Through His sacrifice we are forgiven, justified, and reconciled to God. Salvation is secured by His blood, confirmed by His resurrection, and applied to us by the Spirit. Those who believe and confess Christ as Lord are saved and brought into eternal life.

THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is poured out on God’s people to empower them for life and witness. The Spirit indwells every believer at conversion, uniting them to Christ and to His body, the Church. He equips believers with spiritual gifts for service, fills them with boldness to proclaim the gospel, and works to transform them into the likeness of Christ. The Spirit’s presence is God’s guarantee that He will bring His work to completion.

REPENTANCE
We believe that repentance is a turning from sin to God, made possible by His grace. It involves a heartfelt sorrow for sin, a renouncing of rebellion, and a sincere desire to walk in obedience. Repentance is inseparably joined to faith and is the mark of all who truly belong to Christ.
Acts 3:19; 1 John 1:9; Mark 1:14-15
Acts 3:19; 1 John 1:9; Mark 1:14-15
SANCTIFICATION
We believe that sanctification is the work of God’s Spirit making believers holy. From the moment of new birth, Christians are set apart for God, and through the ongoing work of the Spirit they are renewed in mind, heart, and conduct. This involves putting away sin, growing in Christlike character, and offering one’s whole life to God. Sanctification will be brought to completion when Christ returns and believers are made perfect in His presence.

THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church is the people of God, called out from every nation and age to belong to Christ. It is His body, His bride, and His temple, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ as the cornerstone. The Church is one in faith, hope, and baptism, though expressed in many local congregations. Its mission is to glorify God through worship, the proclamation of the gospel, discipleship, service, and love.

SACRAMENTS
Water Baptism
We believe that baptism is a sign of union with Christ, given to believers as an outward testimony of inward faith. It signifies cleansing from sin, participation in Christ’s death and resurrection, and incorporation into His body, the Church.

The Lord’s Supper
We believe that the Lord’s Supper is a remembrance of Christ’s death, a proclamation of His sacrifice, and a foretaste of the feast to come. In it, believers are nourished by Christ through the Spirit, strengthened in faith, and united in fellowship with one another.

SPIRITUAL GIFTS
We believe that the Holy Spirit gives gifts to every believer for the building up of the Church and the advancement of God’s mission. These gifts vary in function but work together for the good of the body, equipping God’s people for service and witness. Believers are called to use their gifts faithfully, in love, and in submission to the Word of God, so that Christ may be glorified.

MARRIAGE
We believe that marriage is a covenant union established by God between one man and one woman (born as a man and born as a woman). It is a lifelong commitment of love, faithfulness, and mutual care, reflecting the relationship between Christ and His Church. Within marriage, husband and wife are called to honor one another, to live in unity, and to raise children in the nurture of the Lord.

SECOND COMING
We believe that Jesus Christ will return in glory personally, visibly, and bodily to judge the living and the dead and to establish His kingdom in its fullness. No one knows the day or hour of His coming, and so believers are called to live in watchfulness, faith, and hope. His return will bring final justice, the renewal of creation, and everlasting joy for His people.

HEAVEN
We believe that heaven is the eternal dwelling place of God with His people. It is a place of joy, rest, and glory, where sin, death, and sorrow are no more. Believers will share in the inheritance kept for them, dwelling in God’s presence, beholding His face, and rejoicing forever in His love.

HELL
We believe that those who reject God’s grace and remain in unbelief will face eternal separation from Him. Hell is the just consequence of sin, a place of punishment and loss apart from the presence of God’s blessing. This sobering reality compels us to proclaim the gospel with urgency and to call all people to repentance and faith in Christ.
